Halstead has owned and operated its system since 1932 which has grown since that time to include over 15 miles of gas mains and over 750 customers. HALSTEAD RESIDENTS! The City of Halstead sent out a Customer Plumbing Materials Survey. If you have not filled yours out and returned it please do so!
