🚧 Sidewalk Construction Update 🚧
The City of Halstead is excited to continue improving our downtown sidewalks!
This week, Main Street sidewalks between 1st and 2nd Street are under construction. Starting Monday, October 6th, construction will move to Main Street sidewalks between 2nd and 3rd Street.
We appreciate your patience as we work to make our downtown safer and more welcoming. Please use caution in these areas and watch for construction crews.

🚧 Railroad Crossing Rehab Notice 🚧
BNSF will be completing a crossing rehabilitation project on the Main Street crossing this Thursday and Friday (Sept. 11–12).
A traffic control plan is being developed, and truck traffic will be routed to Halstead Rd off Hwy 50 during the project.
